Jean, ki te desine imaj sa a nan ane 1993 pou tradwi vizyon
Apostola Ayisyen an. Depi lè a nou adopte imaj sa a kòm logo ,
anblèm nou. Chak senbòl ki nan logo a tradwi yon lide pou
envite nou viv chak jou sa nou ye kòm kretyen Ayisyen kap viv
lafwa li ansanm ak lòt pèp lòt nasyon yo ki fòme kò Kris la
nan long Island. Imaj sa a rejwen motto Apostola a ki soti nan
Efezyen 4, 4-6: “ Yon sèl Bondye, yon sèl Lafwa, yon sèl Batèm,
yon sèl Bondye ki Papa nou tout.” Konsa lè nou kade logo a nap
wè:
● KWA A nan mitan ki fè nou sonje Jezi, sovè nou, gran
frè nou, poto mitan, ki mande nou pou nou fiske je nou sou li,
rete kole sou li.
● KE A nan ne kwa mande nou pou nou viv renmen Bondye
gen pou nou an youn ak lòt, pou nou renmen tankou Jezi.
● FANMIY LA fè nou sonje ke nou se manm menm fanmiy la,
yon sèl Bondye ki Papa nou tout.
● KOLONB LA , se siy Lespri Sen an kap pote lapè pou
nou, pou ede nou kraze tout fòs ki ta vle mete lagè nan mitan
nou.
● SOLEY LA , sous limyè, sous lajwa, sous lavi kap
chofe nou pou nou pote limyè bay lòt yo.
● PYE KOKOYE A, fwi peyi lakay, fwi tè a ki mande nou
pou nou donnen bon fwi.
● TANBOU A, enstwiman pou nou fè lwanj ak konpliman pou
Bondye ansanm ak ZANJ YO.
● ASYET LA anba pye kwa a, ak men tout koulè yo,
rasanble nou, bò tab la kòm manm yon sèl fanmiy Bondye,
kelkeswa ras nou, kilti nou, pou nou manje nan menm pen, bwè
nan menm diven an.

OUR LOGO (English)
This logo, adopted in 1993, ties in with our motto taken from
Ephesians 4: 4-6. : “One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism, One
God, One Father of All”. We are very grateful to Yvon Jean, a
young Haitian artist for his expression of HAAM’s vision. Each
symbol in the logo calls us to reflect its singular
significance.
● THE CROSS in the center is the sign of Jesus, our
Savior, our Brother, The Center of our lives.
● THE HEART in the middle of the Cross stresses Jesus’
love for us and His command to love one another as He loved
us.
● THE FAMILY reminds us that we are of the same family
of God, One Father for All.
● THE DOVE, sign of the spirit, brings us peace.
● THE SUN, the source of light, source of life, invites
us to be light for others.
● THE COCONUT TREE, a tropical fruit, fruit of the
earth, calls us to bear fruits.
● THE DRUM, one of our musical instruments used to
Glorify God together with the Angel.
● THE UNITY PLATE invites all of God’s children, people
of all races or ethnic background to be One Bread, One Body
around the table.
Let us continue to pray so that we will live that vision in
our hearts and our lives, and to share it with others in our
families, our Church and the World.
