TERMINIX Scope of Service

• Roaches, Ants* and silverfish

• Exterior:
  o Pavement Ants located on foundation
  o Wasp Nests (located below 8’ height)
• Interior:
  o Ants*, Crickets, Millipedes, Centipedes and Sow bugs.
• Terminix will retreat for the identified pest at no charge between scheduled service visits.
• *Termites, Carpenter Ants, and Pharaoh ants, as well as other wood destroying organisms are not included in this service.

Pricing

School Pricing

• Treatment will include service of the cafeteria kitchen, restrooms, and office areas as needed.
  o Monthly Service: $55.00 per service. 
  o Bi-Monthly Service: $85.00 every other month.
  o Quarterly Service: $125.00 per quarter.
  o One Time Services: $175.00 per service.
  o All classrooms requesting service will be performed after school hours at $5.00 per classroom.

Rectory Pricing

• Terminix will treat the kitchens and affected areas for all Parish residences (Rectories):
  o Monthly Service: $40.00 per building.
  o Bi-Monthly Service: $65.00 every other month.
  o Quarterly Service: $80.00 per quarter.
  o One Time Services: $175.00 per service. 

Church Pricing

• Terminix will treat the restrooms and common areas as well as any affected areas for all Churches:
  o Monthly Service: $45.00 per building.
  o Bi-Monthly Service: $75.00 every other month.
  o Quarterly Service: $90.00 per quarter.
  o One Time Services: $175.00 per service.
