Technology Day at
Adventureland
This week, the Diocese of Rockville Centre will hold its
annual Technology Day for 7th graders at Adventureland
in Farmingdale. Over 1,300 students from 33 schools will
partake in the rides and then learn about the technology
and science behind the fun. Twenty-two schools will make
the trip on Thursday and 11 will be there on Friday.
Adventureland has been Long Island's own family
amusement park since 1962 and features over 30 rides and
attractions.

Directions:
Take the L.I.E. (495) to Exit 49S (Routh 110).
Continue South on Route 110 for approx. 2 miles. Park
will be on the left. Take the Southern State Parkway to
Exit 32N (Route 110). Continue North on Route 110 for 3
miles. Park will be on the right.
