Smithtown, NY 11787 –On October 26, 2011, St. Catherine of Siena Nursing & Rehabilitation Care Center’s Therapeutic Recreation Department hosted their 17th Annual Haunted House.  Staff from all departments dressed up in Jungle themed costumes to surprise and entertain the residents. Families, residents and staff explored the haunted maze while trying to avoid the snakes, spiders and ghouls.  This is an annual tradition which the residents and staff look forward to every year.  It’s the coming together of the staff for the purpose of giving the residents a special day which makes St. Catherine of Siena Nursing & Rehabilitation Care Center a unique and special place to live.
