World Youth Day Retreat: Witness the Spirit - July 18-20 at Kellenberg HS, Uniondale:   On July 18-20, DRVC Youth Ministry and the Youth2000 New York office will be sponsoring a World Youth Day themed retreat at Kellenberg Memorial High School in Uniondale, NY. There will be music, food, small group discussions, Eucharistic Adoration, Mass and talks led by the Franciscan Friars and Sisters of the Renewal, Msgr. Jim McDonald (Rector of the Diocesan Seminary of the Immaculate Conception), recently ordained Fr. Joe Fitzgerald of St. Kilian's Parish in Farmingdale, and other local Long Island speakers. There will also be an electronic video link with Bishop Murphy and the group of diocesan youth pilgrims in Sydney, Australia.

All high school aged youth and young adults are invited to attend. Cost is $60 per participant. Call 718-349-1157 or e-mail yth2000ny@aol.com to register by July 16. You are invited to "come on down" and be a part of our new season of DIVINE INTERVENTION, Telecare's hit game show hosted by Fr.Joe DeGrocco..

We are looking for you to be a contestant or a member of our studio audience.  Tapings will take place days and evenings from July 8 to July 21, contestants will have the opportunity to win fabulous prizes, have a great time, and be on TV!   Audience members will be asked to stay for the taping of up to 3 shows.  There will be lots of fun for everyone!   And there will be some surprises for the audience too!  Groups are encouraged.  To be a contestant or to make a booking to be in the audience, call the Divine Intervention hotline at (516) 538-8704, ext. 155, or send an e-mail to divineintervention@telecaretv.org.  Watch DIVINE INTERVENTION Thursdays at 8:30 pm, Fridays at 10:00 am and 10:30 pm, Sundays at 10:30 pm, Mondays at 9:30 am and Wednesdays at 1:30 pm.
