Bishop Barres has signed a decree designating Friday’s 7:30 PM Mass on the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus at Saint Agnes Cathedral as a Solemn Feast in which he will impart the Pontifical Blessing with a Plenary Indulgence.
