Math Madness event at Holy Trinity Diocesan High School

The Library at Holy Trinity Diocesan High School in Hicksville was filled with “Math Madness” on Tuesday, March 5.   During this event, which is organized by Math Chair, Ms. MaryClare Pellett and Math National Honor Society Moderator, Mrs. Roselle Lavin, sixth and seventh grade students from seven elementary schools visited Holy Trinity to learn about the connection between math and things from everyday life, from robotics to dance to music to games to bubbles!

The projects were created by Holy Trinity’s Math Honor Society students, ranging from grades ten through twelve.  The visiting students were also treated to a tour of Holy Trinity, led by Karen Hogan and Nancy Connors.
