West Islip, NY – Members of Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center’s Community Health Team recently shared a day of fun and learning with Town of Islip residents at the Islip Street Fair. Experts from radiology, perinatal education, child life, cancer services, palliative care, physical therapy, the laboratory and other disciplines were on hand to share their knowledge and skills to safeguard the well-being of the surrounding communities. Hundreds of local residents attended and received free screenings and informational flyers and brochures.
